To provide a great shopping experience and protect your rights, please read our return and refund policy below.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return window, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in a condition that allows you to inspect and test them as you would in a physical store. Items should be returned in their original packaging, if possible. Proof of purchase or an emailed receipt is required.
To begin the return process, contact us at info@juiceble.com. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have questions about specific items.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item in its original packaging, if possible. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Right of Withdrawal for EU Customers
If you are a customer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day you receive your goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You can use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:
- 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
- (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
- if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Return Shipping Costs
The cost of returning the goods will be borne by you, the customer. You may choose any shipping method to return the item to us, but we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. If you use a non-trackable shipping method and the item does not arrive, we may not be able to process your refund. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Please keep your proof of postage. Our products are shipped by trusted third-party carriers, and we have no control over the delivery process once items leave our warehouse.
